We think a broker's licence is theirs, and so are the numbers on their deals. On the Brokerage plan, a brokerage that sponsors brokers takes its share of each deal automatically, and each broker sees what every deal they are on pays them, and what the brokerage takes from it, to the fils.

- Who is Rina for?
- Licensed real estate brokers in Dubai: an agent on their own, an agency, or a brokerage that sponsors brokers. It is the same product for all three.
- Can I sign up?
- Not on your own yet. Rina is open by application for now: apply, and we will be in touch to set up your workspace. If a workspace has invited you, the link in the invitation is the way in.
- What does it cost?
- An owner chooses Solo, Team or Brokerage, monthly or yearly, with VAT added at 5%. While Rina is open by application, we agree the plan with you when we set up your workspace.
- Can I cancel?
- A workspace we set up is not billed through Rina, so there is nothing to cancel here. Tell us, and we agree any change with you.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Everything is built for a phone first, including the public pages, which also work inside the browsers built into Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- How is commission worked out?
- On the server, in whole fils: the commission, the other brokerage's share, VAT on top, any outside referrer, each agent's share and the workspace's share. The workspace's VAT and share rates are fixed when the deal is recorded. Once the first instalment is invoiced, the price, the split, the agents and the rates change only through an amendment by an owner or admin, recorded with its reason.
- Can a listing go live without a permit?
- No. A listing needs a Trakheesi permit number that has not expired, and goes off the market by itself when it lapses. Off-plan projects follow the same rule on your page.
- What happens if I move to another brokerage?
- Your profile is yours: your photo, bio, licence number and links come with you to any workspace you join. Your page there is set up again. The leads, listings and deals of the old workspace stay with it.
